Refunds and complaints

The rule in one sentence

Unspent tokens are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Spent tokens are not.

Your balance and history in the account panel show exactly how many tokens are left, so the refund amount is not a matter of discretion or negotiation. We chose this rule instead of arguing over "whether performance has already begun" — that question is contestable, this one can be checked in two seconds.

How it is calculated

We refund the part of the price corresponding to the tokens you did not spend.

Example. You buy a pack of 30 tokens for 45 PLN (1.50 PLN per token). You spend 4 tokens. 26 tokens remain, so 39 PLN is refunded.

If you topped up several times in the meantime, we calculate using the prices of those specific purchases — the account panel lists each of them separately.

When we always refund

A worksheet failed to generate. Tokens return to your account automatically; you do not need to report anything or ask.
You were charged twice for the same thing. We refund the overpayment in full, regardless of the 14-day period.
A worksheet is defective — it contains a calculation error, wording that does not match the task, or will not open. We fix it or refund the tokens.

What we never charge for again

You do not pay twice for these, so there is nothing to refund:

downloading the same worksheet again,
changing the print form — layout, page count, which sheets go into the PDF,
re-creating a file that expired from the cache.

You pay for a worksheet once. Everything that is the same worksheet is already paid for.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Are you a consumer, or a sole trader on consumer terms? You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Digital content is supplied immediately, so at checkout we ask for your express request to begin performance before that period elapses — and, with it, your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal expires as to spent tokens. Unspent tokens are refunded regardless of that consent, under the rule at the top of this page.

How to file

Write to aaccttiioo@gmail.com. Please include:

your account e-mail address,
what the request is about — a token refund or a worksheet complaint,
for a worksheet complaint: the number or generation date and a short description of the problem.

There is no form to fill in and no required written format. An ordinary message is enough.

Timelines

We refund by the same means the payment arrived. If you paid by card, the money returns to that card; your bank may need a further 1–5 business days to post it.

If we disagree

If we reject a complaint and you consider that wrong, out-of-court dispute resolution is available:

the European Commission's ODR platform for online consumer disputes,
in Poland, the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman — free assistance in your city,
the Provincial Trade Inspection Authority — mediation proceedings.

Use of these routes is voluntary for both parties. Your right to go to court remains unaffected.
