How to use it

Top-up codes
A top-up code adds a set number of tokens to your account. We give them to editors of teacher directories and portals who want to try the editor before writing about the service, and in campaigns for teachers. Enter the code in your account under Wallet → “I have a code”. Each account can use a given code once.
Frequently asked questions
Does the bonus combine with the first top-up bonus?
Yes. On your first top-up you get both bonuses.
Do promotional tokens expire?
No. Tokens, including bonus tokens, do not expire while the account exists.
What happens to bonus tokens on a refund?
Bonus tokens are not refundable in money. When a top-up is refunded, its bonus is removed together with the purchased tokens; promotional bonus tokens count as used only after the purchased ones.
I have a code — where do I enter it?
Account → Wallet → “I have a code”. You can type it with or without dashes, in lower or upper case.
