Math Arc — Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-25. In force from 25 September 2026.
These Terms were drafted in Polish. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polish version prevails — except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise (see §14).
§1. Who operates the service
- Math Arc is operated by PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO ACTION Jan Gołąb, ul. gen. Władysława Andersa 6D/13, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) PL5992602962, REGON 080085712, registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG) — the "Provider".
- Contact: aaccttiioo@gmail.com. We reply on business days, usually within 2 business days.
- These Terms govern the use of the service available at the address shown in the site footer — the "Service".
§2. What Math Arc is
- Math Arc generates printable mathematics worksheets as PDF files. Every worksheet is built from an approved template: numbers are drawn deterministically from a given seed, and task wording comes from a pre-prepared, reviewed content base.
- The Service consists in supplying digital content not on a tangible medium within the meaning of EU consumer law.
- The generated worksheet is made available in the Service and can be downloaded as a PDF file.
§3. Account
- Part of the Service works without an account. An account is required to buy and spend tokens and to keep a history of generated worksheets.
- The login is your e-mail address. After registration we send a six-digit code to that address. Until the address is confirmed the account works but cannot buy or spend tokens — a confirmed address is the only way to recover access and the only place we can send proof of purchase.
- By creating an account you confirm that the data you provided is true and you accept these Terms. Consent to receive commercial information is separate, voluntary and unchecked by default; withholding it does not limit your use of the Service.
- One person may hold one account. Creating accounts in order to circumvent Service limits is not permitted.
- An account may be created by a person aged 18 or over. The Service is intended for adults — parents, teachers and tutors — not for children; we do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16.
§4. Tokens
- A token is the Service's unit of account — a voucher entitling you to generate one worksheet. A token is not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Tokens are bought in packs, at the prices shown in your account panel at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable tax.
- The price of a worksheet depends on the number of tasks and follows the price list of operations shown in your account panel, which states how many tokens one task costs. The price is shown before you confirm and is charged according to the price list at the time of the operation.
- The price covers all parts of the worksheet: tasks, step-by-step solutions, answer key and hints, where available for the given template.
- We never charge twice for the same worksheet. Downloading the file again, changing the print form (layout, page count, which sheets to include) and re-creating a file that expired from the cache are all free of charge — except the second test group (group B): it has new numbers, so it costs the same as the worksheet and is charged once per worksheet.
- If generating a worksheet fails, the tokens return to your account automatically. The charge for group B is not returned when generation fails, but generating the same worksheet with group B again is then free of charge.
- Tokens do not expire while the account exists. They lapse when the account is deleted — at your request (§8) or after the period of inactivity described in §9, preceded by two warnings sent to the account's e-mail address.
- Every worksheet you generate is paid for under point 3, whatever the template. The sample worksheets shown on the Service's home page are free, also without an account.
- In the worksheet editor and library, every change to a worksheet is paid, except reordering tasks, which is free. The price of a change and of copying a worksheet shared by another teacher is given in the price list of operations in your account panel and is shown on the button before the operation.
§5. Payments
- Payments are handled by an external payment provider indicated during checkout. The Provider does not store card details.
- Tokens are credited after the payment provider confirms the payment, not at the moment you are redirected back to the Service. This normally takes a few seconds.
- We issue a sales document for every purchase. Invoicing data is collected only at your first top-up — it is not needed to use the account before that. A business invoice requires a VAT ID provided before the purchase; it cannot be added to an already issued document other than by a correction.
- Prices are shown in the currency you select. If your card is settled in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fee — that cost sits with your bank and is outside the Provider's control.
§6. Right of withdrawal
-
A consumer — and a natural person concluding a contract directly connected with their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for that person — has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
-
Digital content is supplied immediately. The right of withdrawal expires as to tokens already spent if you expressly requested performance before the withdrawal period elapsed and acknowledged the loss of that right — which we ask for at checkout.
-
Regardless of the above we apply a rule that is more favourable and simpler to verify:
Unspent tokens are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Spent tokens are not.
Your balance and history show exactly how many tokens remain, so the refund amount is not a matter of discretion.
-
A withdrawal statement sent to aaccttiioo@gmail.com, quoting your account e-mail, is sufficient. We refund by the same means the payment arrived, within 14 days of receiving the statement.
§7. Complaints
- The Provider is obliged to supply digital content that conforms to the contract.
- Complaints can be sent to aaccttiioo@gmail.com. Please state your account e-mail, what the problem is and — if possible — the worksheet number or the date of the operation.
- We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
- If the digital content does not conform to the contract you may demand that it be brought into conformity and, where that is impossible or would involve excessive cost, declare a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, under applicable consumer law.
- Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and, in Poland, the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Use of these routes is voluntary for both parties.
§8. Deleting the account
- You may delete your account at any time from the account panel. The operation requires password confirmation and is irreversible.
- Deleting the account removes your data and your generated worksheets. Unspent tokens lapse. If you want their value refunded within the limits of §6, raise it before deleting the account.
- We keep only the records that accounting and tax law require us to keep (sales documents). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- The Provider may block or delete an account where the user grossly breaches these Terms — in particular by circumventing limits, creating accounts in bulk or acting in a way that threatens the stability of the Service. We notify the account e-mail, and unspent tokens are refunded unless they were obtained in breach of these Terms.
§9. Inactive accounts
- An account whose address was never confirmed is deleted 7 days after creation. An account with any financial operation recorded is never deleted this way.
- An account unused for 5 years is deleted by being turned into a record stripped of personal data. Before that we send two warnings to the account e-mail: 30 days and 7 days in advance. Simply logging in keeps the account.
§10. Rights to content
- Worksheets generated in the Service may be printed, copied and used in teaching — in class, in tutoring and in self-study — with no limit on the number of students and at no extra charge.
- It is not permitted to resell worksheets as a standalone product, to distribute them through paid educational-material marketplaces, or to use them to build a competing task base.
- The Service, its software, task templates and narrative layer remain the property of the Provider.
§11. Availability
- We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee availability without breaks. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible.
- An outage does not cause tokens to be lost.
- The Provider is not liable for consequences of using the Service contrary to these Terms, nor for content entered by the user.
§12. Personal data
Personal data processing, including information about cookies, is described in the Privacy Policy, available in the Service footer.
§13. Changes to the Terms
- The Terms may be changed for valid reasons: changes in law, changes in the scope or manner of the services, or security considerations.
- We give at least 14 days' notice to the account e-mail and ask for acceptance of the new version at your next sign-in.
- Changes are not retroactive. Tokens bought before a change keep the price and rules of the day of purchase.
- Not accepting a new version means you may continue using the Service to the extent not covered by the change, and you may delete your account and have unspent tokens refunded under §6.
§14. Governing law
- Polish law applies to the contract.
- The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). Where the law of your country gives you stronger protection, that protection applies.
- Disputes with consumers are heard by the courts determined under the rules on jurisdiction in consumer matters. Disputes with businesses are heard by the court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered seat.
§15. Final provisions
- Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- If any provision of these Terms proves invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
- These Terms are made available free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
